Shopify 2026-10 support and new event topics

Mechanic now uses Shopify API version 2026-10
 for internal requests, as the default for new tasks, and for Shopify webhook payloads.
Tasks can now respond to customer cancellation requests
 using:
shopify/requested_order_edit/created
shopify/requested_order_edit/declined
shopify/requested_order_edit/resolved
The created event includes the requested line-item removals and quantities, allowing tasks to respond before the request is resolved.
We’ve also added six rollout event topics and refreshed Shopify event preview data.
Existing tasks retain their configured API versions under Mechanic’s normal upgrade policy. Webhook payload versions are managed separately.
Task authors moving to 2026-10
 should review Shopify’s release notes, including changes to order-address tax recalculation, metafield queries, and draft-order discount warnings.
