Task requests

I would like to be able to copy a field from a metaobject (that is referenced in my products via a metafield), to product tags. I found the "Copy product metafields to each product's tags" task, but unfortunately it lacks support for metaobject_reference fields. I tried to implement this feature myself, but my skills are still quite limited when it comes to Shopify development. To give more details about my specific problem, I have a Metaobject named "Book Author", and a corresponding product metafield with the type "list.metaobject_reference" (to allow multiple authors to be selected). I unfortunately was unaware that Shopify does not index metafields in their search results, but I have already added well over 3000 products using this field. If anyone is able to help me in anyway, I would greatly appreciate it!

This automated task updates the inventory for a specific product to the desired # of units every Friday at 9 AM.

Something I've seen talked about in a few store owner groups is the ability to flag/take action on "repeat offenders" who place and then refund/return a lot of orders (particuarly fashion/apparel stores suffer from this). Broad idea would be: Subscribed to refunds/create and a bulk run manual trigger option for historical back fill. Task would maintain a "refunds count" metafield on the customer record (options for namespace/key). Option for "threshold" number of orders when a customer should be flagged. Option for customer tag to add when threshold reached (tag then allows segment to be created in admin and further actions to be triggered on that tag being added).

I'm trying to update hundreds of similar variations of product types, so I want a task to enable the logic below: If product title contains X, then set its product type to Y

Our shop always have products in stock so it is annoying to have to keep clicking Ready For Pick Up on every order. It could make them Ready For Pick Up by location or by tags.

If an item in an order is either returned or exchanged an email will be sent with the order details.

Market A -> Location A Market B -> Location B Variant is sold out on Location B -> Exclude from Market B

Hi, I would like to see if we can import the metafield as well when auto-complete a draft order to an order.

if an order is placed and that customer already has an open order- tag that new order so you know you can combine those packages to save on postage.

Hi I am loving the task, however I would like some 'out of stock products' to be visible by excluding them from being hidden by the use of a tag. For some users I expect that the inverse could be true as well. They would only want products with the tag to be hidden. My reason is that I would still like some products visible as they will be returning into stock and I use the klaviyo 'back in stock' email feature Many thanks Amanda
